This rib-eye can be served whole as a luxury roasting joint to feed 6 guests or it will yield approx 6 thick juicy steaks! The marbling of fat ensures the flavours hit another level! 

This product is frozen and will arrive at least partially defrosted. Please ensure the product is completely thawed before cooking. For best quality, we would recommend cooking within 24 hours. This product is suitable for refreezing.
