Taken from the belly these ribs are succulent and tasty, smothered in our original Chinese marinade. Ideally cooked low and slow where the meat falls off the bone. Alternatively chop up into spare ribs and throw on the BBQ. 

This product is frozen, and will arrive at least partially defrosted. Please ensure product is completely thawed before cooking. For best quality, we would recommend cooking within 24 hours. Product is suitable for refreezing.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this product it may defrost in transit meaning it cannot be refrozen. It must be refrigerated and then consumed within 3 days.
